ADC will provide the distributor with equipment from its OmniReach product line, which includes fiber distribution and fiber access terminals, as well as the recently introduced OmniReach Multi-Fiber Service Terminal (MST) and Wavelength Division Multiplexers.

ADC says its MST is designed for optical access networks, and features the company's OptiTap "ruggedized" connector housings. Available in 2-, 4-, 6-, 8-, and 12-port options, the MST is designed to withstand a wide variety of outside plant conditions, says the company.

"Walker and Associates selected ADC because the OmniReach product line offers a proven solution for our customers. ADC's OmniReach solutions are exclusively designed for use in FTTX architectures that our customers are deploying," comments Lisa Smiley, vice president of marketing for Walker and Associates. "ADC is a market leader in the FTTX segment, and we're excited to strategically align ourselves with such a well-known supplier who can provide our customers with reliable and cost-effective connectivity solutions for their FTTX networks."
