FEBRUARY 23, 2010 -- Pangaea Networks Inc. in Glen Rock, N.J., is expanding its Ethernet local loop network into IP exchange point of presence (PoP) of Arbinet Corp. at 75 Broad Street in the Financial District of Manhattan.

Arbinet is a wholesale voice and data telecommunications broadband access provider in New Brunswick, N.J. The company's IP Solutions provide Internet transit options through its exchange platform.
