MRV will support the "entire packet metro network end-to-end," says Kevin Arthur, CentraCom's vice president of network operations. This support will include MRV's Pro-Vision® service orchestration platform, which includes a graphical representation of service quality and SLA compliance. CentraCom will use the service orchestration platform to enable a variety of network elements, including MRV's OptiPacket metro service edge platform; OptiSwitch Carrier Ethernet 2.0 service demarcation and first mile aggregation platform; and OptiDriver optical transport platform for intelligent ROADM networks and 100G transport.
