Pavel has been with Tektronix for over 20 years, working in test engineering, design, and marketing of both real time and sampling oscilloscopes; he has several patents awarded and pending. Currently he focuses on high speed Serial Data applications of oscilloscopes. Pavel represents Tektronix in the IEEE 802.3 (Ethernet) standard body, and contributes to several other standards. He sits on a popular DesignCon panel, authored papers to industry's conferences and published in industry magazines.

Charlie earned his Master’s Degree in Engineering from the University of South Florida.
