Fujitsu to Demo 10G-EPON

At the SCTE Cable-Tec Expo in New Orleans, Fujitsu Network Communications will hold live demonstrations of its 1FINITY disaggregated platform with the A100 10G-EPON blade. The A100 blade is designed as a cost effective 10G-EPON approach to scale the network from legacy PON, allowing co-existence on the same fiber.

The A100 is a key element of the company's 1FINITY, a new disaggregated platform designed to break individual functions into independent (or discrete) blades.
