Dave Fellows Named to SCTE Energy Team

Dave Fellows, co-founder and CTO of Layer3 TV, has joined the leadership team of the SCTE's Energy 2020 program. Fellows, who will fill the role of chief scientist, will work closely with the Energy 2020 program's key stakeholders to accelerate the industry's strategic approach to energy resource management. Fellows will be responsible for connecting the outputs of the nine Energy 2020 Working Groups to ensure alignment with the vision of the Energy 2020 Steering Committee and Core Team.

With more than 35 years in the cable industry, Fellows has served as CTO of Comcast, AT&T Broadband and other cable operators, and was president of Scientific-Atlanta's transmission business. He currently serves as chairman of the SCTE Data Standards Subcommittee, an ANSI-approved body for data, voice and networking standards.
