TDS Begins Gigabit Deployments in NH

TDS Telecom (NYSE:TDS) announced that 1 Gbps Internet service is now available in its New Hampshire markets in Antrim, Bennington, Chichester, Deering, Henniker, Hillsborough, and Hopkinton. The company says the gigabit service is available for immediate installation in parts of Hopkinton, along with TDS TV, a new IPTV service. Residents in parts of Antrim are expected to get the service in the coming weeks while the rest of the community along with Bennington residents are expected to have access by the end of the year. Hillsborough, Deering and Henniker are scheduled for access in the first quarter of 2015.
