Singapore-based fiber ISP ViewQwest has deployed the Qwilt Video Fabric Solution to deliver improved quality of experience (QoE). ViewQwest plans to use the Qwilt technology with its Fibernet service for online game streaming applications and online video streaming sites such as Netflix and YouTube.
