PANDUIT debuts PMR40 Multi-Channel Metal Raceway

FEBRUARY 7, 2008 -- PANDUIT says the PMR40 Multi-Channel Metal Raceway maintains a 2-inch bend radius throughout the system for routing high-performance 10 Gigabit copper and fiber cable.

FEBRUARY 7, 2008 -- PANDUIT (search for Panduit) has introduced its PMR40 Multi-Channel Metal Raceway, which it claims is designed to maximize pathway capacity and performance.

Patent-pending offset snap-on faceplate and divider wall design locates data terminations outside the data channel, which increases data cable capacity, says the company. This fully compliant TIA/EIA-568B and 569B product maintains a 2-inch bend radius throughout the system for routing high-performance 10 Gigabit copper and fiber cable.

PMR40 Metal Raceway accepts both snap-on and standard NEMA double gang faceplates for increased versatility of power and data cabling terminations, say PANDUIT representatives. Pre-punched mounting holes eliminate the need for drilling or removing knockouts to enable quick and easy installation. This system is available with an assortment of fittings, faceplates, and accessories that are available in white or almond colors.
