Philippine cable operator Asian Vision Cable has selected the Paywizard Agile back office platform for customer relationship management (CRM) and to create a more unified approach to its marketing and promotions.
The deployment is intended to help Asian Vision Cable build a single customer view, bringing together data from each of the operator's individual business units to create a unified subscriber database. The Paywizard solution is intended to allow the operator to align its business model and create a single set of offers and discounts, while also reducing the costs of setting up new subscriptions across a fragmented network.

Paywizard's Decision Moments dashboard is intended to enable Asian Vision Cable to target customer engagement initiatives, based on "Decision Moments" including Find, Join, Consume, Upgrade, Downgrade, Bill, Leave, and Win Back.
