Liberty Global has selected SeaChange International's Adrenalin multiscreen video back office and client publishing solutions for Liberty's Horizon media and entertainment platform rollouts. Following current field trials, the MSO is targeting commercial launch of Horizon at UPC in the Netherlands first, to be followed closely by launches at UPC Cablecom in Switzerland and Unitymedia in Germany.
