Se finaliza la fusión entre Telecom Argentina, S.A., Cablevisión S.A.

    Cablevisión Holding, S.A. (BCBA: CVH; Nivel 1 US: CVHSY) anunció el 2 de enero que ha informado a la Comisión de Nacional de Valores y a la Bolsa de Valores de Buenos Aires que el papeleo final ha sido ejecutado para permitirle a su subsidiaria Cablevisión, S.A. fusionarse con Telecom Argentina, S.A.

    Cablevisión Holding, S.A. (BCBA: CVH; Nivel 1 US: CVHSY) anunció el 2 de enero que ha informado a la Comisión de Nacional de Valores y a la Bolsa de Valores de Buenos Aires que el papeleo final ha sido ejecutado para permitirle a su subsidiaria Cablevisión, S.A. fusionarse con Telecom Argentina, S.A.

    La fusión ve la disolución de Cablevisión, S.A. sin liquidación y a CVH convertirse en el accionista mayoritario de Telecom Argentina, S.A. (NYSE: TEO, BCBA: TECO2).

    Independientemente, la sociedad recibió la aprobación del Ente Nacional de Comunicaciones de Argentina (Enacom) para ofrecer servicios de televisión de paga en el área Metropolitana de Buenos Aires (AMBA), Rosario y Córdoba.
