The hosted VoIP service is intended to remove the physical pieces and management of traditional phone systems and to let business services customers expand the system as needed. Customers pay a flat fee per phone per month, and as their business grows, they can add new users.

Because the system is cloud-based, Wave will be able to update the system with new capabilities, as clients request them, without equipment upgrades or installations. Mobility functions will let customers connect their employees’ mobile devices and manage the administration of their system through a simplified web-based app.
