TDS picks TiVo multiscreen platform
TDS (NYSE:TDS) has completed the purchase of substantially all of the assets of BendBroadband for a purchase price of $261 million. The deal was first announced in May.

TDS Telecom will manage the acquired BendBroadband businesses. Transition teams have been focused on supporting the nearly 300 BendBroadband employees who have now joined TDS.
