Bright House Networks Enterprise Solutions has introduced Unified Communications (UC), a cloud-based communications service. It works with Bright House's Hosted Voice solution and adds video calling, instant messaging and presence, desktop sharing, and web collaboration. UC supports a variety of communications platforms including an integrated mobile app for certain iOS and Android devices.
