Sticklers Fiber Optic Cleaners has launched two new kits intended for technicians who service fiber-to-the antenna (FTTA) and fiber-to-the-home (FTTH) networks.

"Having listened to our customers, we have put together these tailor-made fiber optic cleaning kits designed specifically for FTTA and FTTH networks," said Brian Teague, Sticklers' product manager.

The FTTA kit contains enough materials to clean more than 1,500 FTTA connectors. The FTTH kit is designed to clean more than 1,800 connectors. Each kit includes nonflammable, nontoxic and globally GHS compliant cleaning fluid packaged in a hermetically sealed container.

The Sticklers FTTA Cleaning Kit is focused on cleaning 1.25mm ODC and LC connectors. Each kit contains: Fiber Optic Cleaning Fluid, a box of 1.25mm and 50 Pin Termini CleanStixx fiber optic cleaning swabs, 1.25 CleanClicker 400 "mini-clicker" for cleaning of ports and jumpers, Cassette CleanClicker Wheel, and Clean Wipes 640 Optical Wipes for cleaning more than 600 duplex end faces.

The Sticklers FTTH Cleaning Kit is designed to clean SC, FC, ST and E2000 connectors and includes the 2.5mm CleanClicker push-to-clean tool, Cassette CleanClicker Wheel cleaner and Clean Wipes 640 Optical Wipes, both for cleaning jumpers.
