Certicable Debuts Miniature Armored Fiber Cable

Certicable has introduced TiniFiber Micro Armor Fiber cable with an outside diameter approximately 65% smaller and 75% lighter than typical aluminum interlocking armor (AIA) cables.

The fiber cable features a steel coiled tubular armor design with Kevlar for added tensile strength, durability, and crush and rodent resistance for indoor and outdoor use.

TiniFiber micro armored fiber optics are available in bulk and can be designed with jackets for riser, plenum, indoor/outdoor, LSZH, direct burial, industrial and harsh environments. A 25-year limited warranty against manufacturing defect is provided. The micro armored fiber cables are available in single-mode and multimode configurations. A hybrid fiber and power cable solution is available as well.
