Cisco has revealed the executive team that will lead the organization into its "next phase" along with incoming CEO Chuck Robbins, who has been named to replace John Chambers. The ten individuals have a "diverse set of experiences, expertise and backgrounds" and will "accelerate our innovation and execution," Robbins said. The new Executive Leadership Team includes:
- Pankaj Patel will continue as executive vice president and chief development officer, overseeing 25,000 development engineers and the company's $36 billion technology portfolio.
- Kelly Kramer, who was promoted to chief financial officer earlier this year, will continue in that role. She also holds the title of executive vice president.
- Rebecca Jacoby, formerly chief information technology officer, will serve in an expanded role as senior vice president, operations. She will oversee the global supply chain, global business services, security and trust, and IT. Guillermo Diaz, senior vice president of IT, has been promoted to CIO.
- Francine Katsoudas will continue as senior vice president and chief people officer. She is in charge of strategic workforce planning.
- Hilton Romanski joins the leadership team as senior vice president, chief technology and strategy officer. His previous role was as head of Cisco's mergers and acquisitions strategy and $2 billion private investment portfolio.
- Karen Walker will become senior vice president and chief marketing officer. She formerly led Cisco's go-to-market organization where she led integrated global marketing strategy.
- Chris Dedicoat will be senior vice president, worldwide sales. For the past four years he has served as senior vice president of EMEAR.
- Joe Cozzolino will be senior vice president, services. For the past two years, he led Cisco's service provider mobility and video infrastructure businesses.
- Mark Chandler will join the leadership team as senior vice president and general counsel. He brings 19 years of experience leading Cisco's legal, employee relations, ethics, investigations and brand protection experts to his new role.

As part of the reshuffling, several Cisco executives also will leave the company. They include former president and COO Gary Moore and ex-president of development and sales Rob Lloyd, whose departures were announced June 1. In addition, Padmasree Warrior, formerly chief technology and strategy officer, and Edzard Overbeek, senior vice president of services, will leave the company after they serve as strategic advisors during the new team's transition.
