NaviSite, a Time Warner Cable (NYSE:TWC) company, has opened a new data center in Santa Clara, CA. The facility, which is owned by data center solution provider Digital Realty (NYSE:DLR), will join NaviSite's fabric of nine existing data centers across the United States and the UK.

The new data center will support NaviSite's full portfolio of services across colocation, cloud-enabled managed hosting, and application management, and also host NaviSite's cloud platform.

In addition, NaviSite and Digital Realty have formalized a joint sales agreement to provide Digital Realty customers access to NaviSite's cloud services located in Digital Realty facilities.
