At IBC in Amsterdam, Amino plans to show its latest developments in 4K/HEVC, multiscreen content security, and home monitoring and control capabilities. Specific technologies to be highlighted at the show include:
  • A new 4K HEVC STB platform featuring Amino's Aminet software alongside a preview of the new company's 4K HEVC product family
  • New capabilities of the Live Advanced Media platform, including a demonstration of multistream recording capability and secure video distribution around the home
  • The A150/550 set-top box with new middleware and OTT /HTML5 features
  • The Amino Home Reach cloud-based home monitoring and control solution
  • Amino Devkit, a suite of tools including Aminet software APIs and an SDK to allow partners and customers to develop new STB functionality and applications
