InterDigital (NASDAQ:IDCC) is demonstrating its Perceptual Pre-Processing video streaming solutions during at the CableLabs Summer Conference this week in Keystone, CO.
The company is demonstrating video clips before and after Perceptual Pre-Processing, side-by-side, for 4K HEVC encoded content. InterDigital's solution is designed to proactively filter out parts of visual content that the human eye cannot see to deliver equivalent perceived quality while reducing bitrates and bandwidth requirements.
