Aspiro TV Relaunching as NORIGIN MEDIA

Norwegian streaming video vendor Aspiro TV is being bought by its management team and will be relaunched as NORIGIN MEDIA, effective Sept. 1. The management group comprises of Espen Erikstad, CEO, Jussi Komonen, COO, and Ajey Anand, chief commercial officer (CCO).The newly incorporated NORIGIN MEDIA will be privately held. It was previously owned by the Aspiro Group, part owned by Schibsted Media AS. Its primary products are a hosted live TV headend and TV Everywhere apps.
