Level 3, TWC Ink Multi-Year Backbone Deal

Level 3 Communications (NYSE:LVLT) has signed a multi-year agreement with Time Warner Cable (NYSE:TWC) to expand Time Warner Cable's national network. The agreement also includes the delivery of additional core infrastructure services intended to enhance the redundancy and reliability of the TWC network.The companies also have agreed on terms and conditions under which they will exchange IP traffic between their respective backbone networks.
