Witbe has coupled its Smartping with its other monitoring technologies. By making the Smartping algorithm compatible with any Witbe Robot running in a Windows environment, users can combine Smartping's functions with other Witbe tests. They can use its features - designed to locate and troubleshoot delivery chains' bottlenecks - in correlation with Witbe's OTT, Streaming or Application Tests, and also with the company's Mean Opinion Score Technology.

The product is intended for monitoring QoE regardless of device, service or network and to localize any network issue that might have an impact on QoE. Smartping's network mapping combines with the company's Video, Data and Application Robots to monitor QoE and provide automatic root cause analysis of services' quality issues. It allows users to correlate Smartping measures with any other Witbe metrics.
