At Mobile World Congress 2015, IneoQuest Technologies will showcase a video customer experience management (vCEM) solution that combines video analytics with proactive real-time service quality assurance.

The analytics solution is designed to scale the video delivery chain - from ingest, across the different network delivery infrastructures, to the end mobile devices - to provide real-time and historical video analytics. IneoQuest has integrated Qosmos' DPI-based network intelligence technology to extend real-time video analytics capabilities across the mobile infrastructure.

The vCEM solution includes:

• Audience Measurement Platform (AMP), which is designed to harvest operational and behavioral analytics across the delivery network allowing analysis of the video assets, devices, protocols, and the customer behavior
• Probing technology that incorporates Qosmos' DPI engine to provide a real-time video monitoring solution designed to proactively minimize unforeseen problems and to identify them before customers are impacted
