Active Broadband Networks will demonstrate telemetry-driven service intelligence and Big Data analytics at the SCTE Cable-Tec Expo in Denver.

The company's Active Resource Manager software incorporates support for IP flow telemetry data collection, Big Data storage and business intelligence tools. The ARM implements both the IP Flow Export (IPFIX) and NetFlow protocols for collecting IP flow telemetry and is intended to provide better visibility into service and application utilization without requiring the deployment of additional network probes or deep packet inspection (DPI) elements. The Big Data storage architecture is designed to support millions of customer devices in a linear, pay-as-you-grow fashion.
