At the heart of the monitoring system is a software probe that supports a variety of inputs such as IP, ASI, SDI, etc., and looks at every program, from top-level transport stream down to individual programs along with audio and video quality. The system performs monitoring 24x7 and reports errors and critical information immediately through dashboards and alerts.
