VIAVI Solutions XPERTrak 4.0 - 4 Diamonds

Sept. 29, 2020
XPERTrak 4.0 builds on the existing VIAVI foundation of DOCSIS 3.1 and DAA test-ready instruments to improve subscriber QoE and decrease opex while minimizing technician exposure and risk. XPERTrak 4.0 is designed to enable faster and more accurate issue detection and triage through field meter data integration, detection and confirmation of issues in fiber networks feeding the HFC plant. It also enables an increase in dispatch accuracy, a reduction of the need for risky home visits and common tools and processes to maintain and troubleshoot legacy and DAA nodes.

Judge’s Comment: “VIAVI has been the leader in this space and XPERTrak 4.0 continues that trend. Increasingly with the push for self-installation, large operators are looking for more integration with network element performance and configuration data to allow for remote diagnosis and performance management.”
