Time Warner Cable has added three cities to its outdoor WiFi network: Dallas and San Antonio, TX, and Raleigh, NC. This increases the total number of TWC WiFi Hotspots to 100,000 nationwide. With the additional access points, TWC Internet customers now have access to the 400,000 hotspots of Cable WiFi, a hotspot network operated by TWC and other Internet service providers. The company said its Internet customers engaged in more than 180 million WiFi sessions on its network last year, which represents a 327 percent increase compared to 2013.TWC WiFi is available free to TWC Internet customers with qualifying service tiers. A pay-as-you-go program is also available through which customers can purchase a pass for a limited period of time.
