NTG Clarity Networks Inc. has reached a deal with a KSA's International Telecom services provider, Al-Harbi Telecom, to deploy its NTS OSS/BSS system to manage Al-Harbi's growing Telecom business.

With a large number of corporate customers on its national and International network, Al-Harbi Telecom has been targeting functionality that supports the integration of its network operating center (NOC) and its network with the full operations cycle to deliver an enhanced customer experience.

NTG's Network Telecom System (NTS) is an integrated operations/business support system (OSS/BSS) with a lower total cost of ownership and a significantly shorter deployment time than conventional OSS systems. Designed to meet the needs of fast growing network operators and network service providers, such as Al-Harbi Telecom, NTS' functionality encompasses the full customer service cycle from the initial order request through network equipment configuration to implementation support, billing, and maintenance, explains a representative.

"We selected NTS after conducting a formal OSS/BSS software review and selection process of competing products,” says Nasser Bin Nahit, chairman and CEO of Al-Harbi Telecom. "We were pleased to find a fully integrated system that meets our current requirements and is well positioned to support our future growth and plans.”

"NTG is very pleased that its NTS OSS/BSS solution was selected by Al-Harbi Telecom as its core OSS application,” says Ashraf Zaghloul, NTG Clarity's chairman and CEO. "We believe that we have the best value proposition for any network operator looking to implement or upgrade their OSS/BSS application infrastructure. We are looking forward to more NTS customers in the Middle East and other emerging international markets."
