Fidium Fiber, the fiber broadband brand of Consolidated Communications Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: CNSL; see "Consolidated Communications rolls out Fidium Fiber gigabit broadband offering"), says it now offers fiber to the home (FTTH) based services in Manchester, Milford, and Nashua (site of Lightwave World Headquarters) in southern New Hampshire. Gigabit broadband via FTTH is now available to more than 55,000 homes in the three locales, with another 56,000 more Manchester and Nashua homes scheduled for connection early this year.
Fidium Fiber will offer gigabit internet to its potential new customers for $70 per month, including installation and whole-home WiFi equipment, managed via the Attune WiFi whole-home management app.
“Fidium Fiber makes getting the internet as simple as using the internet,” said Erik Garr, president of consumer and small business for Consolidated Communications. “Fidium’s network is 100% fiber, the in-home WiFi experience is excellent, and the entire user experience has been thoughtfully curated to ensure the customer is the focus of everything we do.”
