ACS400 and ACS403 integrated circuits serve fiber-based communications, including fiber to the home. ACS400 supports T1 or E1 rates over one optical fiber and enables a single LED or laser to be used bidirectionally. ACS403 is used in twin-fiber installations and supports links to 30 km or more.
