Digital-loop carrier system

The umc 1000 third-generation digital-loop carrier (3gdlc) features 6.2-Gbit/sec bandwidth and delivers any service from pots to xdsl over copper, fiber, coaxial cable, and radio transport media. The unit can transition between tdm, frame relay, and atm networks and between copper, fiber (up to OC-48), coaxial cable and radio transport by card replacement.
