Interferometer system

The NC-3050 automated interferometric microscope measures the endface geometry of ribbon fiber connectors. The unit uses either monochromatic phase-shift interferometry or broadband scanning interferometry to mea sure the surface angle and fiber heights on MT, mpo, mac, and other multifiber connectors. Special software identifies the in dividual fibers and calculates the height differential.
