eg&g Inc., Wellesley, MA, has restructured the nine divisions of its Optoelectronics Group into a single entity. Paul Beech, Werner Rech, and Andre Buser will serve as general managers of the group, with their responsibilities divided along product lines. The divisions included in the restructuring include Canada (Vaudreuil, QC), Judson (Montgomeryville, PA), Electro-optics (Salem, MA), Power Systems (Covina, CA), Reticon (Sunnyvale, CA), Heimann Optoelectronics (Montgomeryville, PA, and Weisbaden, Germany), IC Sensors (Santa Clara, CA), Vactec (St. Louis, MO), and Amorphous Silicon (Santa Clara, CA).
