Triumph Communications Inc. (New York City) signed a multiyear deal to provide video-transmission service between Washington, DC, and New York. Three new channels were turned up--two northbound and one southbound--enabling Triumph to replace a service formerly provided by the IBM network. Triumph is a provider of video-transmission services via satellite and fiber.
