Backboxes and wallplates

QuickPort field-configurable single-gang wallplates can be flush-mounted to standard nema wallboxes or snapped onto this company`s new backboxes for surface-mounting to walls, desks, and modular furniture. The wallplates also provide several means of port and station identification. Each is equipped with a designation window to provide room for a hand-written or field-printed label. Also available are backboxes that have been designed with multiple cable access breakouts located on the back and sides to accommodate both rear cable entry and side raceway entry points, keeping wires out of view. The backboxes have wire ties at each of the entry points, and strain relief points to facilitate both fiber- and copper-cable routing throughout. A dual-gang box also accommodates fiber storage and comes equipped with four fiber storage wire ties located on the surface of the base.
