Digital Lightwave, Inc. (Nasdaq:DIGL), a provider of optical networking products and technology, announced that Livingston UK LTD has placed a third order through Digital Lightwave's international distributor, Conformance Standards Limited, LTD (CSL), for the company's Network Information Computers (NICs). Livingston UK LTD is a European electronic equipment rental organization.

The order consists of a mix of the company's portable OC-192 Network Information Computers -- the NIC 10G with high-speed international STM-64 standard technology, and the NIC 2.5G with PDH and SDH capabilities up to STM-16 -- for delivery to one of Livingston's major global customers. The order, valued at over $2.3 million, follows two previous orders by Livingston, announced by Digital Lightwave in December 2000, and will commence shipment during the current quarter.
