The deal allows eLink to bring broadband connectivity and high-speed Internet access to nearly 1,600 businesses in more than 5.5 million square feet of commercial real estate along the Wilshire Urban Corridor.
eLink will install a gigabit-ready fiber-optic infrastructure into each building, allowing tenants access to a total communications package including high-speed Internet access, networking, and range of Internet and business applications. eLink provides each building a CyberSuper, a hands-on technical specialist, who offers tenants in-person network design, administration, and support services. eLink's execution strategy requires that it provides services to the tenants immediately after the buildings are wired.
