Maintenance test set

The 156MTS Sonet maintenance test set has ATM testing options. Transmission-testing levels include DS0, fractional T-1, DS1, DS3, E1, STS-1, OC-1, OC-3, OC-3c, OC-12 and OC-48. The ATM features provide verification and testing of Sonet (STS-3c) and DS3 transmission convergence sublayers. ATM header generation can be overwritten by manual programming to test a specific ATM function.
