Quantum-well lasers

NDL7401P quantum-well lasers provide a typical output power of 3.5 milliwatts. Spectral width is 1.3 nm. The lasers operate between -40 and +85C and suit usage in passive optical networks, SDH and cable-TV return links. Coaxial module packages are 25 mm long and 6 mm in diameter.
