20 November 2008 -- euNetworks says it has concluded an agreement with business-to-business ISP iBrowse. euNetworks will deploy ether|nex, an Ethernet-based networking offering to connect two of iBrowse's datacentre locations in London and Frankfurt.

iBrowse provides managed international private networks to multiple sites around the world to a range of companies, with a large installed base in the hotel industry. iBrowse required a highly reliable and scalable way to connect their datacentre in London with a datacentre location in Frankfurt to offer a set of services to their expanding customer base. euNetworks enabled iBrowse with ether|nex, euNetworks' high-availability Ethernet offering for the real-time sharing of applications and fast transfer of data between iBrowse's sites in London and Frankfurt. ether|nex is deployed over euNetworks' all-fibre-optic network, providing iBrowse with a highly secure and scalable platform to ensure mission-critical communications.

Jonathan Angel, managing director of iBrowse, commented, "iBrowse chose euNetworks for its DWDM optical platform that provided iBrowse absolute control over end-to-end service quality and its ability to deliver international circuits rapidly and smoothly."
