Silicon photodiode

The OSD100-5TBNC silicon photodiode has a spectral range of 300 to 1150 nm. Typical responsivity at 400 nm is 0.24 A/W, while 1000-nm responsivity is 0.61 A/W. Calibrated units are available, and the same broadband response can be obtained in standard and custom sizes.
