The CMM3030-BD wideband GaAs driver amplifier is designed for external fiberoptic modulators aimed at high-bandwidth applications and data rates greater than 13 Gbit/s. It is a precision PHEMT GaAs MMIC, medium power, +23-dBm amplifier operating from 30 kHz to 30 GHz with a linear 10-dB gain response. Typical output voltage is 7.5 V peak to peak.
