The Versalight family of optical networking products is designed for flexible wavelength routing and optical management of optical networks. The Versalight Optical Wavelength Router is fully interchangeable for multiplexing or demultiplexing 16, 32, or 40 channels on the ITU grid with 100-GHz spacing. The module provides full bidirectionality in a 2U shelf-level package. The Versalight Optical Add/Drop node is designed for the ITU grid with 100-GHz spacing for 16-, 32-, or 40-channel networks. It allows rapid adding or dropping of any channel without the need for additional modules. The Versalight Optical Performance Manager has a dynamic range of 60 dB, enabling channel monitoring independent of variations in transport power. A variety of interfaces are available.
