The 1500XL is a microprocessor-based dispenser operating on compressed air and electricity and uses a timed air pulse to apply consistent amounts of silicone or epoxy for couplers, connectors, and other fiberoptic components. The operator uses a digital timer and an air regulator to set the amount of dispensed material and a foot pedal to deliver the material.
