The LY series linear indium gallium arsenide photodiode array based on a low-noise CMOS multiplexer has 512 pixels on 25-µm pitch for 25- and 50-GHz DWDM spectral monitoring systems. Spectral responses of 0.9 to 1.7 and 1.2 to 2.2 µm are available in several pixel heights.
