The F17355 voltage-controlled crystal oscillator uses positive emitter coupled logic and has an output frequency of 155.52 MHz with a 3.3-V supply voltage. It has a frequency stability of ±30 ppm at -10°C to 70°C and ±50 ppm at -40°C to 85°C, minimum deviation of ±60 ppm; typical jitter of 1-PS RMS; and rise and fall times less than 450 ps.
