The LG1627BXC clocked laser driver is used with direct-modulated laser diodes and has a transparent flip-flop and pulsewidth control. The LG1626DXC modulator driver provides adjustable output voltages to 3 V to drive optical modulators. The LG1601 decision circuit has a broadband input amplifier and D-type flip-flop to regenerate an input stream.
