New optical-fiber spec

The company has tightened its core/clad concentricity for singlemode fiber from ٞ.8 to £ 0.6 micron. This enhancement contributes to improved splicing efficiency. All Titan and smf-28 optical-fiber products are now manufactured to the new specification.
